Shaniqua, the owner and lead practitioner, is a Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly a decade of hands-on experience and a certified Personal Trainer. Her background in sports and movement science informs the practice’s approach to supporting clients in moving, performing, and feeling their best.
Her professional foundation began with her own athletic experience, which fostered a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on the body—both in training and in competition.
